While Picnik has announced that it will discontinue its services for the public this April, Instagram is tight lipped about whether all their old services will be available after the acquisition or not.
I'm excited to share the news that we've agreed to acquire Instagram and that their talented team will be joining Facebook. -Mark Zuckerberg. This is supposed to be Facebook's strategy to keep pace with its competitor Google+ which already has reached 170M+ users in this short period of time.
