SmSspoofing | How to Send Fake SMS for Free [VIDEO]

I have recently covered an article on How to Spoof Emails and was happy to see that many of you actually liked it. In this article I will show you how you can send anonymous or spoof sms to any cell phone number from any other number quite easily.

The first thing you need to do is, search for a good online sms gateway. (in short sms gateways are network facilities which allow sending and receiving sms through their server)

There are lots of online gateways, many free and many paid(Google it out) which allow you to send spoof text but in this example, we will be using the website www.smsglobal.com which happens to be my favorite.

Note: At the time of writing this post, smsglobal gives 25 free credits to all international users and around 225 free credits to users from Australia.

Next After you create a free account, all you need to do is go to the control panel and type the text message, the sender id and the receiver id ~ and BINGO !! You're done.

It is that simple.

Twitter hit by 'unfollow' bug

Twitter, the micro blogging site, which now hosts nearly 140 million active users has been hit recently by a bug which automatically unfollows fellow tweeters from your 'Following' list.

 Twitter on its support page has posted the following Bug Alert: 

A person you've recently followed shows in your following tab, but appears with a follow icon so it looks like you're not following them, as shown in the image below. Visit their profile if you'd like to confirm you're following them. Engineers are working to resolve the issues listed above. Thanks for your patience!

Some hundred of users have been writing about the Unfollow bug and conveying their reactions all over the net over the past few hours.

How to Spoof an Email Address

Email Spoofing is one of the latest online threats which is exploited by a lot of hackers to send  anonymous emails from virtually any email address.

Email Spoofing is widely used in Email based Phishing attacks and also Social engineering hacks, though most of them are normally caught in the spam filter of your mail box.(if you are impersonating an email from billgates@microsoft.com etc. you probably wouldn't make it. While sending email from the email id of the victim's friend/colleagues etc. are considered safer.)

There are a lot of online websites which allow you to write an email, and send them from any email id you want to the victim computer, and the victim is most of the time left clueless about the spoof.

emkei.cz

though my personal favorite is Emkei.cz as it offers a lot of customizable options like changing the email header, attachments, adding reply address etc. and it is completely free.

You can send an email to your friend impersonating his teacher or maybe his ex-girlfriend and play an awesome prank, though email spoofing considered Not Legal.

How did your account get hacked last time? Was the hacker smarter enough or was your password too weak? To know how secure your password is, consider this coolest article.

We are always prompted to create a secure password while creating an online account(like Facebook, Twitter etc.). But how can you know HOW SECURE YOUR PASSWORD IS?
